It comprises of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Israel, Republic of Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Romania and the Republic of Serbia.

The SEE Regional Health Development Centre on Organ Donation and Transplant Medicine Website
Since its designation in 2010 the SEE Regional Centre on Organ Donation and Transplant Medicine in Zagreb, Croatia has led, coordinated and organized numerous successful regional actions and has provided bilateral assistance in most of the countries, Member States of the SEE Health Network.
Croatia is one of the leading countries on organ donation and transplant medicine not only in Europe but even beyond. The Ministry of Health is highly committed to support its neighboring countries and the SEEHN in organizing, managing and upgrading their own transplant medicine programmes.
A Pamphlet, presenting the achievements of the SEEHN and the RHDC/CRO on the subject in the period 2011-2013, has just been published and uploaded on the Croatian Ministry of Health Website.
