"Models for citizen and patient involvement in health care policy"

"In a public health insurance system, policy decisions on different levels in

health care should reflect societal values. On the macro level, this relates

to setting global priorities for resource allocation in health care, on the

meso level to decisions regarding the reimbursement of products and

services for a particular disease and on the micro level to the
